About

Built around the person running the shop.

Running a local business means making decisions between appointments, customers and everything else the day brings. OwnerCue is being built to make the next growth decision easier to understand and act on.

The drawing shows an illustrative shop owner, not a member of the OwnerCue team or a customer.

What OwnerCue holds to

  1. A useful answer needs a reason.

Owners should be able to see what a finding is based on, which service or area it covers and what it cannot establish. The evidence should remain close to the recommendation.

  2. The plan has to fit the week.

A long list of possible improvements is not always helpful. OwnerCue favours a small amount of relevant work that an owner can assess, carry out and revisit.

  3. Better decisions need honest measurement.

Visibility, appointments and paid visits tell different parts of the story. The longer-term ambition is to connect those parts carefully while keeping the limits visible.

Where we are starting.

The initial experience focuses on local competitive visibility and a practical weekly plan, with examples for barbershops and salons. OwnerCue is in an invite-only pilot with a small number of local appointment businesses.

How we describe OwnerCue
