Your weekly plan

A practical plan for the week ahead.

Keep useful actions in one place, understand why they matter and record what you changed.

The demo is a sample weekly plan for a made-up salon, labelled as sample data.

Start with the reason.

Open the supporting finding before deciding whether the action is right for your shop. Relevance, service focus and available capacity matter more than filling a checklist.

Know where the work happens.

You or your website editor make the changes on your website or in your existing business tools. OwnerCue's plan helps you review the reason and record the work. It does not publish changes for you.

Make the booking path easy to find.

Why
The reviewed service page has no visible booking link.

Review
One week after you record the change
  1. Check the service page on your phone.
  2. Confirm the booking link reaches the correct service or scheduling page.
  3. Record what you changed, then check the link again.

Marking it done records your work. Checking that the change is live is a separate step, and neither shows a sales effect.

Review completion and outcome separately.

Record what you changed and when. Check that the intended change is present, then review the relevant business signal over a suitable period. A completed task and a proven sales effect are different claims.

  1. 1

    Done

You mark the action done and note what you changed.

  2. 2

    Verified

The change is checked: the booking link is on the page and reaches the right place.

  3. 3

    Reviewed

The relevant signal is looked at again on the review date. A change in it is described as a change, not as proof of cause.

Educational illustration Review a service page; check the booking path; record the update; revisit the evidence. This is not a customer result or a promise of generated tasks.

About the plan

Will I always get three actions?

No. A useful plan depends on supported evidence. A plan holds up to three supported actions, and shows fewer, or none, when that is the honest result.

What if nothing needs fixing?

Then the plan says so. A week with no supported gap in the checks completed is a valid result, and no task is invented to fill it.

Who writes the plan?

During the pilot, an operator prepares and publishes each plan from the evidence in your workspace. Every action shows the evidence it cites.
